The Momentum™ portal will help you take charge of your own career transition and management process. It provides resources, tools and support to help you define your goals and develop an action plan. The portal also contains helpful job search tips, resume writing tips, information on interview techniques, career exploration ideas, networking strategies and more. With the Momentum™ portal at your fingertips, you are well equipped to take charge of your future success!
Available Tools
Make the most of the portal by exploring all it has to offer: track important dates with a personal calendar; apply for jobs with its intuitive job search engine; store resumes and cover letters that match employer job keywords; access personalized coaching sessions with industry professionals; and connect with other members of the Momentum™ community.
Using Momentum in your program
Momentum was specifically designed to help you progress between coaching sessions. It serves as a reminder of the topics discussed in your meetings, provides guidance on how to implement suggested changes, and helps you track your progress over time. In addition, Momentum can be used to stay focused and on track with your goals.
Access the portal
Check the “Access to Momentum” section in your welcome email and follow the instructions. The first time you log in, you will be asked to reset your password – be sure to choose a secure password that includes at least one uppercase letter, one number and one special character. After resetting your password, you will have access to all Momentum features.
